All outbuildings are not supplied with a base.It is the customers responsibility to supply a base for the outbuildings.

 

We always recommend a concrete base for our outbuildings.Other substantial bases may be acceptable but is down to the customer discretion.Concrete bases should be a minimum of 100mm thick or thicker depending on the use of outbuilding.

 

The base is required to be as level as possible.If the base is made the same size as outbuilding which also recommended it needs to be square and straight.

 

We require a minimum of 300mm clearance from any obstacle around the base to build the outbuildings.
